How we handle your information
The short version: we collect what's needed to reply to you and run a working site. Nothing more. The long version is below.
Overview
This policy describes what Nexospire collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're a B2B software and IT services firm based in Egypt. We don't sell consumer products, run ad networks, or buy and sell user data.

Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email, company (if you provide it), the topic you select, and the message you write.
- Direct emails: anything you choose to include.
Information collected automatically:
- Server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, request URL, and timestamp. Kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics: anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. Only after you accept analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement.
- To improve the site's content, structure, and performance.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
- To meet legal obligations when they apply.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build marketing profiles on you.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of well-known providers to run the site:
- Microsoft Azure: hosting, email delivery (Azure Communication Services), and Application Insights monitoring.
- Google Analytics: aggregate visitor analytics, only when you've accepted analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts: typography on the public site.
Each provider has its own privacy practices. We pick services that take data protection seriously and that process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
How long we keep data
- Contact form submissions and email threads: kept while a conversation is active, and deleted within 24 months of the last interaction unless you become a client.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Analytics data: as configured per service. Typically 14 months for Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to or restrict how we process it.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
